Temporary ROV Clamp

EAB Engineering's temporary ROV clamp is designed for clamping a pressure cap, ventilation cap, or pig launcher/receiver (PLR) to the termination head hub.

Its unique release mechanism provides easy dismounting using only the ROV manipulator. The clamp's large axial capacity enables you to use the clamp while pressure testing the pipe. The same capacity is used to transfer flowline tension loads from a bull nose cap or pig trap with tension rigging trough the clamp to the pipeline.

Clamps for the most common hub profiles are available. Typical tension capacities are 75–150 metric tons.
