HIPPS

EAB Engineering's high-integrity pressure protection system (HIPPS) protects the subsea infrastructure against overpressure and enables you to use lower-pressure-rated equipment downstream of the system. The system is fully autonomous, with its own control module, triple configuration of pressure sensors, and at least two safety barrier valves to securely close when high pressure is detected.

The HIPPS system is SIL-3 certified, delivered according to IEC 61511/61508.
